In theory, it was designed to hold heavier items and is intended to be used with our popular Grid Panels. The shelf features a perforated metal base that is finished with durable, chip- and scratch-resistant semi-gloss black epoxy. While it will be right at home in a hardware or big box store, it is also sophisticated enough to serve in menswear departments and upmarket boutiques. Its perforations will prevent smaller inventory from falling through and the bullnose edge offers a refined appearance. We suggest that you use the shelf with two 14-inch knife brackets attached to wall-mounted Grid Panels (both sold separately).
